Why work with me...
Like many of the people I work with, I’ve known what it feels like to lose your sense of direction, to feel untethered, unseen, or unsure of who you are anymore. My own journey into psychotherapy began through being a client first. After facing profound personal loss, therapy became a space where I could slow down, feel, reflect, and gently begin to rebuild. It helped me reconnect with my voice, trust myself again, and move through life with more compassion and clarity.
I bring warmth, honesty, and a calm, grounded presence into the therapy room. Together, we build a space based on trust, curiosity and care. You’ll find no judgement here, just someone who’s deeply committed to walking alongside you with empathy, integrity and, at times, a little humour too.
A little more about me...I’m originally from London but have lived in Scotland, Norfolk, Manchester and West Yorkshire. I love being in nature, taking long walks, my morning coffee, and just enjoying the simple things with people I care about.
