For those who find it easier to reflect and open up while moving, I also offer outdoor therapy in natural settings around the Surbiton area.
Nature has a powerful way of calming the nervous system and helping us access deeper parts of ourselves. These sessions are ideal if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally flat.

Online Therapy​
​
I also offer remote sessions via secure video for anyone based in the UK. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person, with the added flexibility and comfort of working from your own space.
