My Offerings

One-to-One In Person Therapy​

Rebuild your sense of self in a safe, supportive space.

I offer one-to-one integrative psychotherapy for individuals who are ready to explore issues around:

​

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • People-pleasing and boundary struggles

  • Feeling lost after a breakup or life change

  • Co-dependent patterns in relationships

  • Grief, identity loss, or emotional overwhelm

  • A general sense of “not feeling like yourself”

Therapy with me is a space to gently explore your story, reconnect with who you are, and begin to create lasting, grounded change.

Outdoor Therapy (Walk & Talk)​

​

For those who find it easier to reflect and open up while moving, I also offer outdoor therapy in natural settings around the Surbiton area.

Nature has a powerful way of calming the nervous system and helping us access deeper parts of ourselves. These sessions are ideal if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally flat.

Online Therapy​

​

I also offer remote sessions via secure video for anyone based in the UK. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person, with the added flexibility and comfort of working from your own space.
